General
1. No refunds / cancellation once payment is made
2. Delivery time may take from 5-20 days
3. Free 3x Revisions (extra revisions will be charged)
Workflow
1. DM me on twitter @almosthirteen ( to get a slot & an order form )
2. Submit Order Form ( almosthirteen provide the form, fill the form with logo concept/ idea/ reference/ details )
3. Consultation
4. Payment ( almosthirteen will send client invoice in Paypal/ other payment method )
5. Sketching ( almosthirteen will send client logo concept/sketch in 3-4 days )
6. In Progress ( Client can send feedback, ask revision )
7. Design Approval ( Almosthirteen will only deliver the design once client approved it. )

License & Copyright
1. Usage of work on digital platforms, social media or streaming platform(s) of choice for promotional is allowed.
2. All design made by almosthirteen are non transferrable :
Client does not have the right to transfer, sell, or redistribute any designs.
3. Clients are not allowed to change or edit the design once it's delivered.
4. Almosthirteen have the right to publish any designs made for portfolio usage ( unless confidentiality is requested for a certain period of time )
5. Credits are highly appreciated
